Hi, I'm Lloyd a Business Management with Marketing graduate from Edinburgh Napier University. I'm analytical and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in how organisations grow, connect with audiences, and create value.
My dissertation gave me hands on experience in qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder analysis, and turning data into real insight skills that translate directly into sports operations, commercial, and marketing roles. I looked at fan engagement across the Scottish Football Pyramid and found that ownership model is the single biggest driver of Fan Engagement.
I also run a coaching business in competitive esports. Marketing myself, managing clients, building content, and growing an audience from the ground up. Everything from personal branding and social media promotion to client acquisition has been self-run.
I'm open to roles in esports and sports operations, commercial and marketing positions, and business development in sport or media. I've got strong research skills, communicate clearly, and have a solid track record of working independently.
